I am looking for a co-worker to support me in the varied daily tasks including:
- packing and shipping orders
- receiving new collections
- customer care
- writing product descriptions
- return management
- organizing our pre-loved project
- assist in creating social media and blog content
Required skills include:
- love for children clothes and design in general
- understanding of Over The Ocean’s aesthetic and customer needs
- very good organizational skills
- very good communication skills in English
- experience with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- experience with Photoshop would be a great plus
This is a part-time position based in San Francisco starting as soon as possible. We would be working together out of my studio, based in my home in Noe Valley. Weekly hours: 16-20 hours per week, spread over 4 days/week (preferably Mo/Tue/Wed/Fri). During the peak months Jan/Feb and Jul/Aug this would increase to 20-30 hours/week.
